How to change your password

To change your computer or email password please follow the following steps;

  1. Login to the computer using your current username and password
  2. Press Control + Alt + Delete at the same time on the keyboard
  3. Click on "Change a password"
  4. Type in old password in the "Old Password" field
  5. Create a new password in the "New Password field
  6. Remember passwords should be 8 characters and contain a capital letter, number and symbol and not contain consecutive characters
  7. Remember to confirm your password
  8. Select done/save
Your password is now changed.

Remember that you will need to update your outlook on any devices you have your account setup on. 

Your email password may take up to 10 minutes to sync to Microsoft Office 365.
